Director Service, Sales & Marketing

Challenge

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your strong sales and service background. This role will allow you to lead a team of Service Sales Specialists to drive growth through the development and implementation of a marketing strategy with a focus on multivendor, service offerings, transactional parts sales, socket retention and win backs.

Key areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and implement service revenue and marketing strategy for Canada, with a focus on top line growth, including, but not limited to, multi-vendor, service offerings, transactional parts sales, socket retention and win backs.

  • Align with Commercial Sales for service strategy approach for Tier 1 accounts.

  • Contribute to and participate in financial forecasting and AOP planning

  • Analyzes market as it relates to market share, customer requirements, market size and growth, etc.

  • Interfaces with key stakeholders in the NA Market (internal and external)

  • Analyzes marketing and sales programs and new product introduction developed by the NA marketing group; where appropriate implements into the Canadian organization

  • Trains and develops service selling and consultative skills of the service sales representatives

  • Lead relationships with Sales colleagues and contribute to increased equipment sales

  • In conjunction with Canada Sales and Marketing, manage service relationships and contracts with distributors, sub-contractors and third parties

  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by manager Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • College diploma in business or marketing or equivalent experience

  • 3-4 years people management

  • 5 years sales and/or marketing experience in a service environment, healthcare preferred

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Bilingualism an asset

  • Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across all functional areas of the business.
