In this role, you have the opportunity to

Complete Philips Business Process framework for all Business Models.

You are responsible for

  • Responsible for the deployment of programs and projects (a.o. SAP, PLM, Purchase-to-Pay, strategic design workshops).

  • Define, design and implement Procurement processes and systems within E2E/PIL framework

  • Develop and implement the solution/capability catalogue for his/her expertise area

  • Support End2End transformation teams regarding adoption of best practices, supporting to understand the winning value chain, the related business requirements and opportunities for improvement and elimination of unrewarded complexity

  • Capture learnings from the transformations and provide these to the group-BPE community

  • Directs and controls the activities of several functional areas, divisions, product groups or service areas through senior managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas.

  • Contributory influence on cost of global process >30 M.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred, with >5 years of experience

  • Seasoned professional in the process optimization and re-engineering domain

  • Proven track record in managing implementation of complex programs and motivation of teams

  • Viewed as an expert by the company and in the field. Has complete knowledge of all company products and services
