Philips is looking for a Business Developer Oral Health Care working in the Personal Health organization,
In this role, you have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the category by actively involving yourself in sales related activities and advocating for our Oral Healthcare portfolio. Your main purpose will be approaching bottom up dental professionals in assigned area.
Manage a geographical area North West of Italy as fields sales promoter in the OHC Dental Professional channel
Actively support the professional Marketing Manager within the area of responsibility and contributes to the marketing plan for the country.
Actively interact with the Trade Marketing in order to develop the right approach to the Point of Sales
Monitor total sales results and initiates corrective actions to ensure the achievement of sales targets and DP’s coverage.
Ensure the accuracy of the Account Plans and Account Promotions plans
Support and attend exhibitions and congresses and has regular contact with customers.
Manage the side aspects of sales (logistics, after sales service, credit, IT…)
Provide relevant and up-to-date information about the products and competition to the local sales staff and support KAMS and FSR working on the same category
To succeed in this role, you should have
Science/Dental or Health Industry background
2 years business experience, preferably in sales oral health care or pharma market
Excellent communication and presentations skills
Knowledge of the market scenario, channels, customers and competitors
Ability to manage problem solving and structured way of working
Team player attitude
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
