The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to support the Sleep and Respiratory Care Business Group in delivering world-class digital communications, marketing and campaigns. Specific expertise is expected to identify digital opportunities and apply best practice digital marketing, drive digital marketing strategy and planning, work with marketing and marcom in the business, oversee the deployment of digital marketing programs and provide hands-on project management where needed.
The digital manager is the bridge between the business and the digital organization and will be a front-runner of digital innovation within your specific responsibility.
Support the BG or BIU in delivering world-class digital communications, marketing and campaigns.
Drive digital marketing strategy and planning for BG/BIU
Consult BG/BIU marketing and business on new digital marketing opportunities and capabilities
Promote decision making on digital marketing KPI’s
Drive digital projects for business from initiation through delivery within the targets and objectives set with internal customers
Support and implement focused digital marketing activities including, but not limited to natural search, pay for placement, email marketing, digital advertising, social media and mobile.
Deliver a best-in-class web site experience by improving the quality level of the business line/regional digital presence in accordance with the Philips brand identity and the global digital strategy.
Coordinate and oversee web site improvement activities of specific Philips.com web site sections; including features and functionality requirements definition, IT and site design coordination, implementation activities and general QA in addition to coordinating any content development/ publishing needs supplied either internally or externally.
Define, develop and manage digital lead generation mechanisms (forms etc.)includes creating and maintaining processes for; contact/lead tracking, lead analytics, fulfillment of email/direct mail, conversion analysis (e.g. conversion of web visits to sales)
Connect globally driven digital marketing initiatives with business line/regional activities and market preferences with the aim being an experience designed around the local user.
Establish, interpret and analyze critical digital KPI targets (Net Promoter Score, User Goal Completion Rate, Web Site Satisfaction Rate, Site Traffic, etc.) and take appropriate action in order to meet targets for web site performance

We are looking for
Minimum of 6 years of digital experience, specifically strategic web site management, project management and digital marketing.
BA/BS in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or Information Technology (with a proper understanding of Marketing).
Digital experience within a Healthcare environment is a plus.
In depth experience with one or more of the following; SEO/SEM, email marketing, e-commerce, social media, mobile marketing.
Must be an imaginative, enthusiastic marketer with a commitment to delivering measurable results and a proven ability to manage projects to successful completion. Fun, creative professional, excited about web technologies and the business value they will bring to Philips.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively influence others in multiple groups to achieve specific goals. The ideal candidate must be a team player.
Solid knowledge of internet technologies including those involving content management, web analytics, search engine marketing, email marketing, web site usability, etc.
Must be structured, organized, proactive and able to work independently with little day-to-day direction
Familiarity with large, multi-national organizations a plus, good communication and organizational skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships across a geographically diverse Marketing organization.
Drive digital projects for BG/BIU from initiation through delivery within the targets and objectives set with internal customers in order to achieve defined success metrics in coordination with the digital strategy and the associated activities and initiatives.
Coordinate and align customer facing digital activities across multiple digital properties targeted at serving the needs of the Sleep and Respiratory Care existing consumers and customers.
