Philips Business and Marketing Manager HS in Petah Tikva, Israel

Position Summary:

Responsible for mapping the strategic & marketing landscape as well as providing logistic and marketing support to sales activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated areas such as order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment.

  • Identify and generate new business areas/opportunities through acting as liaison between the sales team and customers

  • pro-active identification, analysis, prioritization and mitigating of risks related to systems and services, strategic partnerships

  • Proper risk management support for the execution of new business development activities in markets.

  • Reporting and forecasting in the assigned business and market.

  • Responsible for the effective and transparent input of consistent market information and data flow.

  • Investigation the reality of sales targets, advice on product portfolio, distribution, product launching.

  • Creates quantitative data on the basis of input from external agencies, global sources, empiric data and customers’ feedback and qualitative information including business intelligence

  • Tenders preparation (ensure correct and completeness of tenders within timelines incl. statements, declarations, insurance etc)

  • Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations.

  • Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models.

  • May develop sales quote for biz deals while backing up sales force

  • With involvement of region guidelines and sales team input generate company strategic plan using different strategic modules and analysis

  • Translates the marketing objectives into a yearly marketing and sales plan, specifying required deliverables and projects, according to company guidelines.

  • Responsible for the content and presentation on intranet/internet, within the guidelines of Philips, to maximize the contribution of this sales tool.

  • Coordinates, realizes and/or supports the presentation of the products on exhibitions, organizes events and ect.

  • Customer value creation based on market needs and direction.

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Financial business management degree, Master's degree an advantage

  • At least 5 years experience with multinational companies preferred in the healthcare field or Bio-Tech / High-Tech.

  • Health Care economics and reimbursement (HE&R) knowledge – an advantage.

  • Experience in Marketing research, trends analysis and projection including break even analysis.

  • Business partner of the sales team experience.

  • Deep knowledge in marketing tools such as SWOT analysis, 4 P's: product, positioning, pricing, promotion.

  • Experience in managing Marcom and execution of activities- an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Team player.

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
