You are a part of Hospital Respiratory Care; Capital sale of ventilation management solutions to acute care market. Some product highlights: V60 Non-invasive Ventilator, Trilogy 202 Ventilator, Non-invasive ventilation interfaces and supplies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed financial targets including but not limited to order intake, revenue recognition, product mix, POS agreements and average PR.

  • Develop, maintain, and build sales funnel on a weekly basis across assigned products per Philips established metrics.

  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly order intake volume and revenue.

  • Identify and execute a focused territory management plan to drive profitable market share growth in assigned product modalities.

  • Develop and execute on a winning sales strategy in conjunction with the account manager and other Philips functions in the account

  • Increase market share and mindshare within the installed base

  • Develop and execute a competitive displacement strategy within key accounts

  • Contribute to the development of multi-year strategic deals.

  • Participate in special projects regarding “go to market” strategy.

  • Negotiate solutions and close deals by reaching agreements with customers and emphasizing total value of Philips.

  • Demonstrate superior industry knowledge on market trends, product and current Philips product portfolio, particularly for assigned modality and uses this knowledge to his/her advantage.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization, including key practitioners and c-level executives

  • Understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a consultative manner while meeting customer needs.

  • Works cooperatively with other Philips employees at all levels working within the account in the spirit of “One Philips”

  • Assisting with team development, including mentoring new customer sales specialists into role.

  • Demonstrated commitment to team and individual accountability to actions and commitments.•

  • Respond to internal communications (telephone calls, emails, voicemails) in established timeframes•

  • Participate in meetings.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Your Profile:

  • Sales candidate with 4+ years experience in capital sales to acute care/hospital customers. Preferably with a background or experience in ventilation sales.

  • Ability to Travel 50%
