Global Director B2B Marcom & Brand

You are responsible for

The global head of B2B MarCom and Brand sets the global/ regional B2B communications strategy, and leads with multi-functional team the planning, implementation and development of new activation ideas. Leads communications projects in the areas of advertising and promotional programs, public relations and trade shows, including Internet-based communications. Acts as the global Brand custodian, ensuring clear positioning of Sleep & Respiratory as part of the Philips brand, and a compelling strategy and activation.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Global management of integrated marketing and communication B2B strategies for Sleep and Respiratory to include the following areas:

  • Global Campaign Development and Implementation, Marcom, External Communications, Digital, Events. Ensuring delivery on brand, quality and strategy and associated key metrics

  • Oversight of Sleep & Respiratory Care Digital B2B and B2C team

  • Brand Management alignment from BCD, to BG to business line implementation

  • Overall leadership, mentoring, coaching of the global campaign management team for Sleep & Respiratory Care

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or Business discipline; MBA strongly preferred

  • 10 years in marketing, downstream marketing, product management or related field

  • Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses, strong preference for experience with B2B Marketing.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting

  • Experience in all aspects of Marketing including market insights, value proposition generation, pricing, communications, channel management and planning

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing , including SEO, web analytics, eCommerce and CRM

  • Leadership – experience successfully driving the performance and engagement of sr. teams while developing talent capability.

  • Work experience in multinational environment with strong personal communication skills able to inspire, convince and mobilize people

  • Proven ability to lead change and win in an agile environment

  • Proven written, verbal and presentation communication skills and ability to convey complex messages to influence colleagues and executive audiences

  • Demonstrated that you can think conceptually from a broad business perspective taking both strategic as well as operational aspects into consideration.

  • Globally fluent, and able to function effectively across cultures

  • Expertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality and launch targets

  • Positive mindset

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
