In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Initiates and leads multi-disciplinary change projects and/or industrialization projects at business level

Your Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform a number of duties including:

Being the point of contact for returned transducers Assessing returned product for failure modes, writing response reports for internal and external parties Understanding the warranty and Customer satisfaction impact of failure modes and responding with corrective action and escalation Coordinating cross-site reliability reporting for the portfolio of products made within Transducer Manufacturing Support a specific product with Cost of Non-Quality tracking and improvement to support goals

The Customer Service and Reliability Engineering position offers the opportunity to work with a number of organizations – internal to Philips and also external – as well as across the variety of sites involved in the supply chain of Philips’ products.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is preferred, other majors may be considered when coupled with demonstrated work experience.

Experience with MS Office and an electronic PLM system are required.

A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot product with available tools is expected.

Effective interpersonal skills and communication are a MUST.

Preferred Skills

MINITAB, Greenbelt (DMAIC) or other structured troubleshooting, Tableau data visualization
