Key Area of Responsibility

  • Analyzes and reports on business performance by means of: Monthly performance, AOP, product/market/customer/integral profitability, Quarterly Forecasting, RoFo, Strategic

  • Support Finance Business Partner to perform forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, Price/Volume mix, scenario analysis, etc.

  • Support Finance Business Partner to drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, investments in Market Share, project assessments and supportive in financing solutions.

  • Support Finance Business Partner to be responsible for BMC / performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans.

  • Support Finance Business Partner to Identify, address and track of business issues

  • Participates in various Sector/Market Finance improvement projects, contribute to Market and country Finance team to enhance performance

  • Understands systems and tools. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information prepared or stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.

  • Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in cooperation with Legal & HR

Dimensions Relating to Know-How

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Economics, Finance and or Accounting orientated study

  • 5 years (or 3 years for G40) rounded financial experience, including solid FP&A and accounting knowledge

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to multi tasks.

  • Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data

  • Excellent technical skills in Excel, Access, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint.

  • Strong Ability to balance speed and accuracy.

  • Frequently interacts with functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others
