Philips Channel Transformation Manager/Director in Shanghai, China

Responsibilities:

Execution of Loyalty programs

  • Make sure Loyalty programs are executed in the right way to meet the expected result

  • Cultivate do-more-gain-more spirit in the channel

  • Motivate Business Partners to develop solution/application on Philips platform.

Work with filed team to drive Business Partner performance

  • Support Business Partners to build growth plan

  • Support Business partner to enhance skills

  • Support Business Partners to do demand generation activities.

Enable Business Partner to cook offerings

  • Invite product specialists to enable business partners for their own offerings.

  • Guide and support Business Partners to sell.

Support deal progression

  • Collaborate with sales team to help Business Partners to cook proposal, run configuration and close the deal.

  • Operate Business partner special price application

Qualifications:

Preferred Knowledge:

  • University degree and above

  • Knowledge in Channel Development

  • Business partner relationship management

Skill Required:

  • Strategy thinking

  • Networking knowledge

  • Competent in both written and spoken in Chinese and English

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Channel systems and processes setup

  • More than 2 years marketing/sales/channel management experience
