Drive and Track channel sales achievement and order progress per AD per Month.
Be responsible for the channel demand planning and sales forecasting.
Manage the sales forecast and excess stock base on channel sales strategy.
Manage PSI per AD per SKU to drive sell in achievement.
Manage channel sales margin fund process and investment worked with channel leader.
Evaluate the results and efficiency of marketing activities from Margin and A&P funding.
Sales target management and allocation per MMO per AD based on channel strategy.
Closed work with MMs, ST, SCM to deliver channel activities plan to improve the market position.
Manage contract/authorization, credit and financing, AR, order and others for operation smooth.
University, +5 years of relevant experience.
Solid experience and deep understanding on deep distribution operation in China.
Sharp sense of interpreting figures.
Balance between result and process, accountability to facilitate decision making of regional.
Ability to handle complex and matrix relationship and decision process.
Strong communication skills.
