Digital Marketing Campaign Optimization Analytics Manager

Grade: 60

The role is to empower the business by providing deep insights on digital landscape and live monitoring and optimization of campaigns.

As the Digital Marketing Campaign Optimization Analyst you will be supporting the Digital Activation team for optimizing integrated, multi-touch digital campaigns while the campaigns are running.

Your responsibilities as follows:

Support key online activation via updating campaigns' DROI dashboards & maintaining stakeholders (Digital Activation team) up to date with the performance

Update the dashboards in a timely fashion on monthly / weekly basis for Always-on for key categories and campaigns

Deliver the data performance / insights deck on time for the monthly/weekly meetings with key stakeholders.

Functional owner of the DROI (Digital Return of Investment) dashboard and ensuring accurate and quality of data captured

Continuous improvement with Digital Activation team and agencies on data gathering and data processing flows to automate reporting

Fuel the optimization decision making through weekly in-depth performance and insight delivery on activated digital touchpoints

Optimization performance of digital media touchpoints

Optimization performance of reach, click through rate etc.

Optimization performance of creative content, KWs, KOLs etc.

Support Digital Activation team’s localization of consumer Decision Journeys & creation of eco-systems of activation based on to the data/insights gathered. Be the performance eyes and ears for in-market activity with a voracious focus on continuous performance improvement to the Digital Activation team.

Present optimization framework and explore the optimization levers and options to Digital Activation team as per request

Maintain documentation, such as status documents, distribution list, campaign optimization executions and performance

What we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of study.

  • Minimum 6 years of digital media experience working at a media agency, agency trading desks, or in house digital marketing/ digital campaign / digital analytics team

  • You have extensive experience in campaign optimization and solid knowledge of Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics, and digital metrics and KPIs; Digital Marketing Channels include Display (Programmatic), Search, Social, CRM, and Online Video.

  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience (include technical skills of data tagging in complex ecosystem) in conducting analysis of Digital campaign performance.

  • Knowledge of multi-channel marketing technologies, principles, processes, and best practices.

  • Experience with presentation and communication (written and verbal) of insights and optimization recommendations to business stakeholders.

  • Ability to understand/enhance/design optimization framework and present this to business stakeholders.

  • Background in psychology of human behavior a plus
