E Trade Marketing Manager
In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;
You are responsible for
Sell out and market share management: work closely with category MM and channel sales to drive category growth in online which secure category sellout and market share target
Market analysis: close monitor the markets dynamic and capture opportunities through the analysis of market , competition and sell out
Shopper insight understanding: shape the consumer decision journey based on deep understanding of consumer insight and shopping behavior
Plan development and execution: come up with and implement channelized retail activation plan including Portfolio & Merchandising , POSM, Promotion , Activation
Evaluation and learning: campaign result tracking and evaluation which drive consistent improvement
Take the lead to launch new product and plan the platform marketing promotion in online :work together with category MM and other Marcom team to assure the successful new product launch in retail
Budget Management : maximize the ROI within agreed budget scope
Online sales team support and promotion guidance: support channel TSM team to execute their own marketing activities with communication materials and proper guidance
Other cross category marketing activities support on project base KPI

You are a part of
You will report to Marketing Director and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Marketing Manager, E-commerce, Sales etc.,.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
6+ years’ experience in ‘online’ marketing activities in a multi-national consumer goods company.
Ability to interface effectively with other resources
Good English command
Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstance
