Philips E2E Foundation Project Senior Manager in Shanghai, China

PURPOSE

As part of our Accelerate Journey to transform our Company into a more competitive and agile organization, one of the key initiatives in this journey is the implementation of the End2End Foundation Program focusing on upgrading our core transactional capabilities. The E2E Project Manager will be overall responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all deployment activities ensuring a successful localization & implementation at Market, Regional or Global level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

a) Education: Bachelor degree preferably in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)

b) Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in relevant position

c) Travel Frequency:

d) Competency and Skills:

  • Experience in managing SAP Projects at all levels (> 8 years)

  • Significant Project Management experience and/or PMP Certification (desired)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Consulting skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in managing projects related to process re-engineering and technology

  • Cross-functional experience mainly with operational processes: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service.

  • Outstanding record in large-scale projects Change & Organizational Management
