Assures Market Organization receives one Integrated E2E Story in alignment with Program guidelines and Corporate BCD framework. Makes sure Market existing Comms channels are effectively leveraged and Programs Comms packages are successfully localized and integrated to an overall market Communication Plan (at BT Portfolio level)5.Supports Market Organizational Readiness by providing local HR Organization an integrated view of all E2E Foundation impacts in terms of Structure & Governance, assuring HR can deliver OD deliverables at BT Portfolio level.6. Coordinates Learning activities bringing on-site support to Philips University/PPS Organization.   • Assure Change Management deliverables within Standardized Implementation Methodology are delivered on time in full, support Change Implementers and local organization embrace Philips Change Management Model safeguarding market adoption and avoiding business disruption.

  • Support standing organization during Continuous Improvement Phase to guarantee local business enters successfully into a steady-state by driving/tracking adoption up to required levels.

  • Responsible to translate all End to End Foundation Programs Impacts into one integrated Market Story, assuring all dependencies are properly addressed and risks mitigated working in strong partnership with the Functions as content owners (HR, Brand, Communication and Digital, IT, Philips University)

  • Drive End to End Foundation Market Communication Plan in order to bring our stakeholders up to desired levels of Awareness / Understanding / Buy-in and Commitment. JOB REQUIREMENTS

a) Education: Bachelor degree preferably in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)

b) Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in relevant position

c) Travel Frequency:

  • Project Management skills (>5 years)

  • Change Management skills, Organization Design and Learning experience (>5 Years)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Consulting & Coaching skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in managing change across projects related to process re-engineering and IT

  • Cross-functional experience mainly across the following areas: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and IT.

  • Proven record managing large-scale projects adoption and transition management
