Your responsibilities

As the Head of Talent Acquisition you are responsible for:

  • Manage the development of the strategic and operational talent management plans and execute plans, execute recruiting strategy, policies, protocols and procedures.

  • Act as a business advisor in Talent Acquisition matters to the business and stakeholders

  • Manage and up-skill the TA team in Greater China

  • Use technology and tools to improve efficiency and productivity on hiring

  • Position Philips as the Employer-of-Choice in our target markets

Your team

The Greater China Talent Acquisition team consists of experienced talent acquisition professionals with wide-ranging backgrounds and competencies.

This position will directly report to Head of Talent Acquisition, Asia, based in Singapore.

We are looking for

A passionate Head of Talent Acquisition with:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent trade-off in related professional experience.

  • 12+ years of experience in recruitment.

  • Ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plan and targets.

  • Ability to operate in a matrix organization.

  • Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (business HR managers / business leaders) and influencing skills in leading, and directing teams to achieve results.

  • Strong planning, communication, relationship building, presentation, project management, and organization skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.

  • High level of customer focus and commercial awareness.

  • Excellent command of Chinese and English.

  • Willing to travel.
