  • Generate/Issue and deliver offer to Candidates;

  • Follow up on-boarding and off boarding process; collect completed related HR forms, ensuring data is complete;

  • Escalate cases to Functional Specialist, where guidance or clarification of policies and procedures is required;

  • Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received before processing according to guidelines;

  • Administer employee life cycle events, such as maintenance for probation, contract renewal;

  • Deliver sound customer solutions and builds effective relationships with customers;

  • Employee personal P-file and E-file maintenance. File employee-related documentation as appropriate;

  • Communicate and follow-up on timelines for specific HR-processes;

  • Issue the related certification such as income/employment/dispatch letter;

  • Address potential process improvement solutions where applicable;

  • Perform other related duties as assigned. Working on temporary projects as necessary;

  • Use own knowledge and skills to 'mentor' other members of the team to a high standard;
