Philips Key Account Manager in Shanghai, China
Support on Marketing Analysis and Research
Customer needs and target market information collection to support market research and analysis for OEM business growth
Support to marketing team to set up strategic plan and product development roadmap by providing overall view of market trend and competition status.
Target Market Development
Key account development according to policy deployment and action plan in assigned areas to meet annual sales target
Responsible for taking market share from Apex portfolio in certain segments of target market.
Brand recognition increase of Apex Philips to decision makers in key accounts
Sales strategy development in assigned areas to achieve company goals and objectives.
Work closely with line manager in setting up key account development and management plans
Sales plans including competitive analysis of products and selling tactics for key accounts and assigned areas
Business development and negotiation with domestic customers; Provide assistance to sign NDA, sales contract and technical document, driving profitability of projects and accounts.
Maintain and develop existing key account relationship.
Collaboration with other regions for collaboration of global business and account strategies.
Coordination of order processing and goods delivery for on time delivery
Post sales issues handling to improve customer satisfaction
Quarterly/monthly planning, analysis and tracking of account revenue.
Check and record sales revenue, insuring the accuracy aligned with numbers from finance dept.
Marcom and Promotion
Brand and product awareness promotion in certain areas and communities.
Major events coordination and materials preparation including product presentation, brochure, catalog, datasheet, samples and etc.
Visit and exhibit in Medical or Technical exhibition/show.
Coordination and Logistic
Manufacture Planning: Transfer the purchase order to OEM manufacture ROFO.
Manufacture coordination: Coordinate sample and mass manufacturing issues with R&D, QA, production line, and rank the priority during high season or in urgency to ensure on time delivery to achieve sales target.
Make invoices and shipping label for domestic shipment.
Stock Monitor and manufacture tracking：
Check finished products stock and solve slow moving issues
Manage customer supplied materials and ask for complement in shortage.
Track important and urgent customer needs/orders
Account payable and Financial Management
Monitor and track account payable from key accounts with Finance dept.
Assist to deal with other financial issues
Assist in third party and customer audit.
Manage quality record of department and update domestic customer information database
Project and others
Responsible for invoicing Philips products and financial issues
Other works, projects and missions assigned
For over 10 years, Philips Ultrasound (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., has been a leading company in design, develop and manufacture medical ultrasound transducer for variety of applications. The company has become member of Philips Healthcare since 2010 and continues actively to provide high quality, high performance products to medical ultrasound customers.
This position will be located in Pudong, Shanghai, China.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Reach sales goals within target markets and segments for Philips medical ultrasound transducer OEM business.
Develop and expand market, build business network, drive the revenue and profitability from the projects and accounts and meet customers’ satisfaction.
Increases the brand recognition of Philips Ultrasound in the industry.
You are responsible for

Marcom and Promotion : Brand and product awareness promotion, Major events coordination and materials preparation, participating in Medical or Technical exhibition/show.
Coordination and Logistic : Manufacture Planning, Manufacture coordination, Stock Monitor and manufacture tracking.
You are a part of
A lean and passionate sales and Marketing team in Philips Shanghai Ultrasound organization, with exposure to domestic and global market.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience: 5+ years of working experience, more than 2+ years of experience on sales and marketing. Experience of medical device will be a big plus, B2B OEM experience in low volume, high mix industry will be a plus.
Competency and Skills:
Effective communication technique with strong language skills in both Chinese & English both writing and speaking
Ability to work effectively & independently;
Strong problem solving skills;
