Philips Marketing Manager (AC) in Shanghai, China

Responsibilities:

As a marketing Manager, you are the local representative of your Category: HE Air Purifier (D4P Range) & Humidifier. You are Responsible for the Annual Operating Plan for your category. Owner and driver regarding the Marketing Plan:

  • Accurate mix for the selected product assortment and relevant selected accounts.

  • Makes sure that optimal positioning of the product portfolio is established and continuously looks for opportunities to optimize customer and consumer needs in cooperation with the account team and other departments

  • In charge of HE Air Purifier (D4P Range) & Humidifier.

  • P&L management

  • Uses the knowledge of the retailer business to improve the positioning.

  • Product marketing and marketing communication management of responsible category to ensure that market position and image can be improved

  • Work with Category on Air China market potential identification and new product development

  • Work with other functions to drive Air business and marketing activities in China. Strong communication to drive marcom team work together and deliver better communication plan;

  • Determine Air coming goods and inventory , to have a good phase-in and out plan and make sure a reasonable inventory level

  • Responsible for KPIs for Air in China, in terms of sales turnover, brand position, NPS, market share, etc, and also achieve other financial indicators, including IGM, ISM, etc.

Profile:

  • 6-8 years of Business experience, preferably Sales and MarketingUniv. level with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction

  • At least 6 years of Business & marketing related experience with P&L management skills

  • Ability to think from a broad Business Perspective and strategically and out-of-the box, team player, planning & organizational skills, executor, accurate, stress resistant, creative, entrepreneur focused on growth

  • Fluent English & Mandarin

You are a part of

The Air purifier marketing team, the domestics appliance category within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
