In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a key online sales channel business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China;

  • Own a core and leading business in personal health industry;

You are responsible for

  • Understanding consumer’s insights and strengthening consumer journey study.

  • Strengthen the management of Amazon/Suning/1haodian/Miya/Jumeimanagement of online distribution AD

  • Co-working with service partner and virtual team to deliver the store operation effectively.

  • Responsible for sell in/out target achievement

  • Plan online activation, execute all activations to ensure our market share improvement in relative account

  • Manage online channel conflict

  • Working as an Online Account Manager, on problems of diverse scope where analysis of online account data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • Leading multi-disciplinary online account change projects, managing a number of people. Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.

  • Introducing online account methods/procedures that are new for the organization. Applies advanced online account process principles to multiple tasks.

You are a part of

Philips Avent online sales team. You will report to JD online sales leader and collaborate with many other teams including channel trade marketing, Brand Marketing, regional sales team etc.,

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with > 5 years of related experience in online account management; or a Master’s degree with < 3 years of related experience in online account management.

  • Work independently and with good sense of account strategy.

  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, stress tolerance, responsibility, ability to work with large volumes of data, the speed of the reaction.

  • Hands-on in e-shop operations and with strong key account management skills. Online price management, develop good relationships & joint business plans with key online customers;Good operation of MS Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

  • Good knowledge and experience in ecommerce industry, quite familiar with B2C business model operation.

  • Proficient in area of specialization and contributes in other disciplines. Determines feasibility of online account concepts or projects. Has basic knowledge of related disciplines.

  • Good in English.
