Philips Operation and Market Manager in Shanghai, China

We are looking for

An Operation & Marketing Manager, who will play an important role in the PHM department to make sure PHM business runs smoothly. The one key responsibility is to work together with product manager to develop sales tools and support exhibitions and congresses. The other key responsibility is to coordinate with sales and implement the supply system.

This position will report to head of PHM department & ensure a strong working relationship with BIU, Sales, Supply Chain and F&A.

Your Responsibilities

( 1) Base on marketing aim sales strategy and sales tactics, coordinate with sales and implement the supply system

  • Sales order tracking and fulfillment, coordinate logistics issues.

  • Keep good communication between logistics and other departments Full fill customer’s order by guarantee the high level on harmony, accuracy, efficiency and cooperation between sales forecast, logistics production plan, order approve, goods delivery and information feedback.

  • Build up channel partner master database in CRM system.

  • Product sample management.

  • Tracking of the key account plan.

  • Sales expense tracking. ( 2) work together with product manager to develop sales tools and support exhibitions and congresses

  • Work together with product manager to develop sales tools.

  • Supports exhibitions and congresses and has regular contact with customers.

  • Performs visits to selected customers and assistance to sales with key account presentations and other product support.

  • Check/validate market and product related data are in place. (3) Other tasks assigned by team

Your Background

Preferred Knowledge:

  • College and above

  • Knowledge in medical, biomedical or equivalent is an add

  • Medical product and regulation knowledge is an add

Skill Required:

  • Computer knowledge

  • Networking knowledge

  • Be Competent in both written and spoken in Chinese and English

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare industry

  • More than 5 years medical field experience, especially in channel management/operations/marketing areas.
