  • P2P Team Lead manages a team in P2P process to perform finance operation activities as per service level agreement

  • He/She exhibits the highest level of expertise in performing a specialized job, task, or skill of broad in domain of P2P process

  • He/She is the key person who ensures the proper knowledge management system is in place, and takes care of new project/software local design and implementation

  • This person is also responsible for training all the new comers to P2P team for the business acumen, accounting knowledge, process and SOP standard

Job holder needs to collaborate with: other pillars in Finance (BP, A&IC, FP&A, Group Functions), Infosys, global project teams, internal and external auditors.


  • Work closely with P2P Process Lead to monitor performance KPI, including the service delivered by external party (Infosys), find out the process gap

  • Prioritize, design and implement the standardization of process for domain

  • Work with global team or businesses on any system upgrade or implementation. Collect needs and requirements of P2P process, involve into the baseline, UAT and sign-off phases

  • Build up knowledge pool for P2P domain. Ensure the effectiveness of knowledge management mechanism

  • Build up BCP plan and ensure proper back up system within or cross process

  • Provide training to P2P team members on how to write and maintain SOP/Working Instructions with FinOps standard

  • Involve into all accounting software development or optimization for P2P process. Initiate standardization and automation opportunities

  • Benchmark with other markets for best practice and share with local team

  • Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with corporate requirements.

a) Education学历: Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting

b) Experience工作经验: At least 5 years experience in relevant position

  • Bachelor degree in finance & accounting or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 years working experience

  • Experience of supervising a team

  • Knowledge of legal and fiscal requirements

  • Solid experience and knowledge of P2P process

  • Good communication & collaboration skills

  • Process driven

  • Fluent in English & Chinese

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • LEAN & 6 Sigma knowledge/certification is a plus

  • Qualified trainer is a plus

  • Can work under pressure
