Philips HR Contact Center Advisor in Singapore, Singapore

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be part of the Human Resource Shared Services organization and be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing self-service support, ensuring accurate and effective transactions and prompt inquiry resolution. You will provide be part of a bigger team to ensure SLA targets are met and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

You are responsible for

  • Handling all types of enquiries from first contact, registration, escalating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner;

  • Supporting internal customers on HR Portal navigation and other relevant on-line tools for the completion of self-service transactions;

  • Providing transaction and administrative services for in-scope process;

  • Gathering customer data where required;

  • Escalating cases where guidance or clarification of policies and procedures is required;

  • Operating within defined standards;

  • Actively identifies improvements according to LEAN ways of working and participates in LEAN process improvement activities.

You are a part of

The HR Shared Services Team – Integrated People Services (IPS), Asia - to support the queries from internal customers of Philips in Asia. You will report to the IPS Contact Center Manager, Asia. You are also part of the larger HR Organization within Philips and will have regular interactions with the wider HR Team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s degree education

  • 2 – 5 years of HR Shared Service or Customer Service / Call Center experience

  • Fresh Grads are welcome

  • Service-mindset, Details-oriented, Positive Attitude

  • Comfortable with processes and policy

  • Confident communicator
