Your Challenge

Philips is a diversified health and well-being company, focused on improving people’s lives through meaningful innovations. The HR division is currently hiring for a HR Operations intern to join Philips People Services (PPS) team.

PPS supports all employees’ operation matters and the team supports 17 countries in Asia region. As part of this internship, you will be exposed to HR operational excellence. You will also have an overview of the latest HRIS systems used by many MNCs and be part of the shared service team which is the back bone of HR operations.

Your Responsibilities

As part of this internship, the selected intern will work with the team leaders to identify, review and help develop critical capabilities for Phillips People Services team. The student will be exposed to Philips development framework through Philips University, Learning and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition to embed critical capabilities. Below will be the key deliverables:

  • Identify & help design critical capabilities for talent program in PPS Center

  • Conduct a deep-dive/analysis on current talent gaps

  • Make recommendations and execute implementation to enhance operational excellence, quality, user experience and consultative advisors

To be considered, you should possess the following:

  • Holds a relevant degree; ideally with specialization in HR Management

  • Enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment

  • Innovative and keen to try something new

  • Meticulous and has an eye for detail

  • Experience in handling projects would be an added advantage
