Your responsibilities

As a Logistics Fulfillment Manager within APAC in Philips Healthcare’s SPS (Service Parts Supply Chain) Customer Fulfillment Logistics team, you are responsible for:

  • Supplier Relationship Management; manage Logistics outsourced partners through commercial contract terms

  • Ensure that regional logistics activities are meeting customer requirements

  • Primary contact point for customer related warehouse and transportation escalations

  • Create, implement, monitor, and measure cost-saving programs to optimize overall service delivery on the cost / performance spectrum

  • Formulate Logistics policy and ensure adherence

  • Change Management (via Project Management/LEAN approach)

  • Global process ownership for assigned core processes within the CF function

  • Execution of the (regional) processes e.g. freight charges towards key markets, freight payments towards carriers, freight claims and customs compliance.

  • Implementation of local export procedures based upon Export Control Laws and Regulations

  • Conduct internal audits in accordance with Philips Corporate Export Control

  • Ensure Export Control system functionality is properly implemented and utilized (SAP, PROTECT, etc)

We are looking for

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Business Management or equivalent

  • Minimally 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management

  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong analysis skills
