Philips Marketing Manager in Singapore, Singapore


Accountable for DA (Domestic Appliances) categories of the 4P’s of the marketing plan (product, price, distribution, promotion) and for part of the financial objectives. Owns the Sector specific Annual Operating Plan in Export and Philippines. Has overall responsibility for Export/Philippines market performance, implementing execution. Marketing Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as a Export/Philippines Marketing Manager DA to deliver sales and IGM to be in line with the organization’s strategic intent and values

  • Manage A&P Budget: Develop and implement Marketing Plan (include distribution, MarCom, Category Management and priorities)

  • Determine product portfolio and manage Product Introduction Process together with Category/Business Unit

  • Determine pricing based on Commercial Policy and framework, including benchmark to ensure profitability

  • Conduct regular review of key Marketing performance indicators and develop effective action lists

  • Provide products training to sales force, distributors, shop floor staffs and promoters, etc


  • Min 10 years of experience in M&S area

  • University level with Business / Strategic Marketing

  • Excellent knowledge of the market scenario, customers and competitors

  • Strong leadership competencies

  • Entrepreneurial drive for growth

  • Excellent people management skills

  • Ability to manage problem solving

  • Have good knowledge with media buying and online experiences
