Job description

As part of the marketing team, you act as an execution arm for the sales & marketing team, assisting in carrying out activation and deployment plans by the various stakeholders across the categories. You also ensure that the last end of the chain in shop-floor implementation is seamless and gate-keep for all marketing material inventory and central source of premiums for all activities. In addition, you will need to manage various key vendors – events management & roadshow setups

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Coordinate road show/ events & setups supporting all retailers

  • Coordinate and implement routine maintenance of brand store counters & work closely with TSM to ensure brand identity is maintained on shop floor

  • Refurbishment of road show structures - Liaise with appointed suppliers for repairs

  • Assist Trade Shopper Marketers on execution of season’s window display and in-store display according to local market culture within timelines

  • Implement seasonal change of window display and in-store display according to the given guidelines by Marketing

  • Deployment of POS/ Communication materials duly to the stores according to the plans executed by the Trade Shopper Marketing team

  • Work with supplier to develop posters for retail shows (expo/ atrium) and final print in-house

  • Assist the sales & marketing team to source for premiums fulfilling business needs

  • Keeps track of all BTL/ POS/ Structures inventories and work closely with merchandiser to ensure regular replenishment in order to keep top stores in good condition

  • Assist to manage and download all materials for new products

  • Any other marketing admin support

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O’Level

  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferably in the FMCG environment handling events management

  • Proficient in Microsoft office

  • Good communication skills

  • Adaptable and a keen sense to learn
