The Human Resources division is currently hiring for a Rewards Intern . Philips Rewards in Singapore supports all employees’ compensation & benefits matters across Asean Pacific region. As part of this internship, you will be part of Philips Total Rewards Communication strategy & journey to heighten awareness and understanding of employee benefit programs within the region.

Your Responsibilities

The selected student will be assigned mentors and be guided on the below areas:

  • Liaise with appointed vendors and help organize an insurance roadshow that aims to familiarize employees with the insurance environment in Singapore

  • Arrange and facilitate information sharing sessions for employees on various topics related to insurance and financial well-being

  • Gather the buy in from HR community to support the related events

  • Develop and disseminate communication campaigns to ensure maximum participation

  • Help to facilitate discussion and feedback sessions

To be considered, you should possess the following:

  • Currently pursuing a relevant degree i.e. Business Admin/Management

  • Enjoys working in a multi-cultural & team based environment

  • Possess good communications & social skills

  • Possess good organization skills; prior experience in event management will be a plus
