SCM Manage/coordinate physical inbound/outbound flow till order fulfillment through 3rd party entities including shipment planning, permits, transport and documentation.
Customer Demand & Sales Planning, Manage GPT planning system.
Portfolio Management Manage life-cycles of products across entire BG/Category range.
Analysis & reporting Business reports. Compile weekly P*Q vs LV reporting and drive alignment to within acceptable threshold. Suggest/advice on improvements.
-BMS Audits/control programs - Act as BMS champion for the group and train/advice on BMS execution. Complete internal BMS audits to assess BMS compliance and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinating & Warehouse management - Assess 3rd party logistics partners’ performance periodically. Identify gaps and seek process improvements to ensure optimal service at minimal costs.
TPW (Aging & Excess) Manage & report TPW costs, including handling, storage and obsolescence.
You are responsible for
- SCM Operations
a) Manage and coordinate physical inbound/outbound flow till order
fulfillment through 3rd party entities including shipment planning,
permits, transportation and documentation.
b) Manage Letter of Credit (LC) process through 3rd party entities.
Organize/monitor the fulfillment of LC from submission till
payment to Accounts Receivable.
- (Customer) Demand and Sales Planning
a) Collect and collate 12-month rolling customer sales planning.
b) Advice on planning risks, successor/predecessor changes, sales and
c) Analyze and report on planning/sales performance and complete
periodic over-under adjustments to ensure realistic planning.
- Transport, Package and Warehouse (TPW)
a) Manage and report TPW costs, including handling, storage and

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics or equivalent.
At least 5 years of related experience in demand and supply planning, logistics and warehouse management.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel in an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and detailed oriented.
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
