The HR division is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Operations intern. The intern will responsible for managing the flow of candidates through the recruitment process from scheduling interview to bringing new employees on board. He/She will ensure that the recruiting team, hiring managers and all candidates are supported with in an effective and professional manner in order to maintain a positive candidate and hiring manager experience .

Your Responsibilities:

  • Arrange business interviews: room reservation, interview coordination between interviewers and candidates, and send out email confirmations

  • Collate required hiring documents for employee account creation in internal HR system

  • Ensure onboarding materials are prepared before candidate’s first day (i.e. First Day email, Employee Kit and Staff Pass)

  • Support to regional level TA Ops programs/projects

  • Provides administrative support as needed

To be considered, you should possess the following:

  • Currently pursuing a degree with relevant discipline i.e. Business, Arts, HR Management

  • Good detail orientation and organizational skills

  • Good confidence to liaise with various stakeholders across different levels of seniority

  • Team player and ability to work in a multi cultural environment

  • Effective communications skills and fluency in English
