Document Control/System Administration Training Rep.

Working in the medical industry brings much fulfillment, as well as unique challenges. As part of our HealthTech – focused company, you will be responsible for successfully dealing with and managing Philips relationships with approval agencies such as the US Federal Drug Administration (FDA).
Process training assignments for Philips North America roles in the TEDS TMS system, focus on Personal Health; supporting the broader NA team as time allows
Work with Process owners to ensure Training requirements are defined in a timely manner.
Support lean process release of Personal Health documents such as policies, procedures and forms
Ensure proper quality of the content of documentation and records
Establish and manage proper document review processes
Ensures availability/publishing of controlled documents
Establish, monitor and respond to metrics on the efficacy and efficiency of the document management system and its ability to support the business
Participate in the preparation of audits
Provide regular Metric reports on a Monthly basis with in Philips Quality Medical System (PQMS) team and to management

Specific skill requirements for this role include
2 Year Technical degree or equivalent years of experience
1 years’ experience in a quality position working with ISO quality standards/GMP requirements (preferably) for a medical device/ pharmaceutical company
2 Years related experience in change control/ document control or training
Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail and follow-through
Aptitude for PC software programs (i.e. MS Office)
Experience with Software packages, a plus
Superior problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to influence others to achieving goals
Ability to work under a minimum of supervision
