In this role, you have the opportunity to

In conjunction with the CO Team Lead Healthy Sleep Solutions and SRC BG counterparts, develop and execute marketing activities with particular focus on launch activation of SmartSleep. Effectively manage the marketing, advertising, digital and promotional activities of HSS/Sleep Enhancement innovations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for highly effective market/account specific programming.

You are responsible for

Support the development(BMC) plans for the HSS/Sleep Innovations:

  • Monitor industry best practices

  • Assist Sr. Managers and global Category stakeholders to localize existing global product platforms

  • Project management: ensure full on time and in full Market Introduction Planning (MIP) deliverable.

  • Manage the quality and completeness of product specifications and content for retailer activation via Salsify tool.

Create and execute marketing activities for new and existing products:

  • Team up with Ogilvy and Advocacy (Ambassador Agency) to support pre-launch initiative.

  • Assess and develop high quality Marketing activities.

  • Manage all aspects of print and digital production, receipt and distribution of marketing activities.

  • Work closely with BG Central Marketing, Finance and Sales Organization to analyze product/account specific initiatives and recommend feasibility to Management.

  • Team up with Category and supply chain to optimize innovation launch planning.

  • Execute Ratings & Review programs including gaining alignment on program brief and executing the logistics of product delivery to vendor for rating program.

  • Work closely with PR to execute agreed PR plan. As well, brainstorm and execute additional organic PR activities with samples, once approved.

  • Align with Digital/Social Team to establish clear swim lanes of responsibility while driving social media/digital activation.

  • Work closely with Sales Planning to execute effective promotional programs, after initial Advocacy Program/Pre-launch.

  • Analyze the productivity of the marketing plans, and recommend optimization actions.

  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

  • Manage the marketing budget allocated to the specific activities assigned. Track brand support spending and monitor budget compliance.

  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.

  • MROI (marketing return on investment), and key performance metrics.

Stakeholder management:

  • Establish effective working relationships and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, external agencies and partners.

  • Liaise with SRC Professional Marketing, advertising, media/PR agencies, and digital team to prepare and activate launch with Marcom elements including digital/e-commerce content, leaflets, posters and all other communication touchpoints.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor required, MBA preferred with 3 plus years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including influencing and stakeholder management

  • Strong PowerPoint and excel skills

  • Lead and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

  • Highly organized and comfortable in fast paced environment

  • Technical marketing skills, with digital savviness and PR minded a must

  • Sense of urgency and problem-solver

  • High energy, adaptability and drive to win

  • Creativity and entrepreneurship

  • Full time, or flexible, part-time (3 days per week) depending on the candidate

  • Existing understanding of Philips processes, system and ways of working for immediate productivity.
