We challenge you to become part of the Philips Nordics marketing team as a Marketing Manager for the Oral healthcare category, one of the fastest growing businesses within the Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will get the exciting opportunity to drive both market share and market growth, targeting dental professionals, retail and consumers, with all the business management and marketing activation challenges this entails!

Your responsibilities

  • Craft and own the local market strategy and annual business planning cycles

  • Manage and be accountable for the top- and bottom line of the category

  • Drive and grow recommendations from dental professionals

  • Build and manage a locally relevant product portfolio, including leading the market introduction process for the category

  • Own the marketing budget, as well as devise and lead the execution of the Nordic marketing activation plan towards our consumers and dental professionals across all touchpoints and stages of the consumer/customer decision journey

  • Act as a primary local contact for the category towards the local sales, marketing and functional teams, as well global headquarters

Your team

As part of the Nordic marketing team, you will be working in a multi-functional environment within a matrix organization. Together with the dental professional team, you will drive dental professional recommendations, which in turn will generate consumer demand.

Your main Nordic stakeholders for the consumer/retail business will be Nordic online and BTL marketing teams, Key Account Managers and Trade Marketing Managers in the countries. You will also work closely with your Demand Planner and Finance department for operational business management. You will serve as the main point of contact for the global headquarter regarding the Oral Healthcare category in the Nordics.

We are looking for

  • Business degree preferred

  • Experience in marketing management and/or business development from similar roles

  • Professional knowledge of marketing strategy and planning, ability to understand and manage a full P&L and strong understanding of consumer motivations and insights

  • Excellent fluency in written/spoken English; fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage

  • A driven, solution-oriented, analytical candidate, quick decision-maker and excellent project manager, able to organize and motivate a multi-functional team.

  • An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication and has excellent presentation skills.
