Philips Project Controller - Nordics in Stockholm, Sweden

Your challenge

Within Philips Health Systems we strive for good insights in our projects we deliver to our customers. In this function we need to improve the good insights in project - and service related costs that occur in the sales organization when executing the projects. This role needs to drive the business and provide analysis to gain insights, reduce costs and improve productivity.

Your responsibilities

Focus on: Long term strategic partnerships, special projects, normal flow business and service business Market Cost of Sales (MCOS).

• Supporting Business Partners in forecasting process

First contact point for Project managers / Supply Chain Management in relation to project costs

• MCOS analysis (improve the analysis) --> close corporation with FP&A (financial planning and analysis)

• Drive improvements in MCOS together with SCM

• Part of the bid management team

• Bid management tool process improvements

Left hand to Market Accounting Lead

Your team

You will be part of the Nordics Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. You will work together with the Finance Business Partners, Supply Chain management, Accounting controllers and Customer service teams. We are operating in a Nordic setup, and we are also working with the Global hub in India and Poland.

We are looking for

  • Relevant University degree

  • Min 3 years of relevant experience within Finance

  • Fluent in English and preferrably a Nordic language

  • Accounting experience / SAP knowledge

  • Knowledge of the Supply Chain processes

  • Strong communication skills (needed to work in X-Functional - and virtual teams)
