Philips Talent Acquisition Consultant Nordics in Stockholm, Sweden
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team collaborating on recruiting world class professionals to contribute to accelerating the growth and profitability of Philips in the Nordic region.
This is a full-time permanent role, to be based on our office in Kista (Stockholm) and covering recruitment processes in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
You will be in charge of the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition services, including all the steps on a recruitment processes - from understanding the business needs and developing recruiting plans to executing them.
We strongly believe that posting a job is not enough to find the talents we need. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is eager to be creative on sourcing efforts and is not afraid to contact prospective candidates, present our opportunities and generate their interest on us.
You will also be evaluating if suitable candidates are good matches both in regards to business needs but also to their ambitions and expectations.
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, HR, IT, Medical studies. We are open in regards to what you studied, we put high value in your interest in recruiting and ability to develop relationships
Experience as a Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing is mandatory
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
Willing to work in a fast-paced and highly confidential environment that requires juggling multiple priorities
Fluency in English is mandatory
Fluency in any Nordic language will be considered as a plus
