Manage transfer and NPI project.
Provide technical support and guidance to production for engineering issues.
Conduct and coordinate in formal Process Validations including protocol development and execution.
Manage all technical aspects of the ECO process into production organization.
Ensure new processes have adequately demonstrated specified process and test control capabilities, through being the Champion for PFMEA, DFM, DFSS.
Candidate must have the ability to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with team members.
B.S. in Mechanical, automatic control or Electrical Engineering.
3 years of experience working in medical device manufacturing and finished medical devices.
Experience working with FDA Quality Systems Regulations and ISO Quality Systems.
Project management skills.
Experience with Agile and SAP.
Process verification and validation knowledge.
Lean manufacturing concepts and understanding.
Effective communication skills with superiors, subordinates, and contractors.
Ability to adapt to evolving projects requirements.
Problem solving skills.
