  • Manage transfer and NPI project.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to production for engineering issues.

  • Conduct and coordinate in formal Process Validations including protocol development and execution.

  • Manage all technical aspects of the ECO process into production organization.

  • Ensure new processes have adequately demonstrated specified process and test control capabilities, through being the Champion for PFMEA, DFM, DFSS.

  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with team members.


  • B.S. in Mechanical, automatic control or Electrical Engineering.

  • 3 years of experience working in medical device manufacturing and finished medical devices.

  • Experience working with FDA Quality Systems Regulations and ISO Quality Systems.

  • Project management skills.

  • Experience with Agile and SAP.

  • Process verification and validation knowledge.

  • Lean manufacturing concepts and understanding.

  • Effective communication skills with superiors, subordinates, and contractors.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving projects requirements.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and integrity when making decisions.
