Follow up Suzhou and Hamburg PRP procedure to delivery milestones. Create PMP define timeline of project. Monitor and follow timeline.
Create project budget during AOP process. Develop and execute a communication plan engaging the team to drive results, and keep the team and stakeholders up to date on the project's progress.
Define and develop project key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure projects. Monitoring and tracking project on schedule, cost, quality, and risk, etc. identify potential problems with corrective action when necessary.
