Philips Quality Manager in Suzhou, China

Initiate, implement, maintain and enhance proactive quality improvement activities to continuously improve manufacturing quality.

 1. Lead quality team to promote product/process/people quality

 2. Maintain strong communication with customers, internal management team to ensure quality level is meeting expectations.

 3. Lead team for internal and external product quality issue handling, including SCAR, CAPA.

 4. Lead or support the external and internal Audit.

 5. Lead the team deploy the Quality philosophy based on FDA QSRs, ISO 13485 and CFDA requirements.

 6. Initiate, implement, maintain and enhance proactive quality improvement activities to continuously improve manufacturing quality.

 7. Deliver effective coaching to team members

 8. Other tasks assigned by manager.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

This role will play a critical role in the production unit to deliver products against lowest cost, according to planning and quality requirements.

You are responsible for

  • Lead quality team to promote product/process/people quality

You are a part of

A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Sr. Manufacture Manager with 3-5 subordinators.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree Or Above, major in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering or Equivalent

  • 8+ years working experience with 2+ years Quality Engineer Supervisor or Manager experience in Medical Device/ Mechanical manufacturing

  • Solid knowledge of quality in production

  • Familiar with medical device standard and regulatory requirement ISO13485, QSR, GMP .

  • Problems solving, familiar with quality tools, such as FMEA, process control plan

  • Fluent English both in writing and speaking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • High morale with excellent work ethic, integrity and attitude.

  • Teamwork orientated, Self-motivated & able to Work Independently
