In this role, you have the opportunity to

Carrying out general administrative activities to support the execution of sales.

You are responsible for

  • Decides on the method and sequence of work, and does this in consultation with more senior workers or group leaders.

  • Decides on the desirability of using and making (administrative) tools.

  • Assesses and analyses the desirability/necessity of improvements and simplifications in processes and procedures and initiates a change request.

You are a part of

  • Reports to a Sales/Account manager or a group Leader.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Drafts limited continuous improvement projects within one commercial unit.

  • Introduces new supporting process activities.

  • Has a specialized level of skill to perform analysis as part of assigned tasks.

  • Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

  • Specialized theoretical knowledge of generic products/services and the surrounding organization to contribute to optimization of sales.

  • The tasks to be performed are such that they cannot be made without advance consultation of specialists.

  • The assignments are stated only in general terms and require own interpretation and analysis.

  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.

  • Takes a perspective to problems and spots less obvious solutions.

  • Identifies the problem and some relevant issues in deviating situations, analyses each, using standard procedures, and co-decides.

  • Own interpretation regarding assignments, based on own calculations and coordinates implementation of changes.
