General Purpose of the Position:

Manages a production unit to deliver products against lowest cost, according to planning and quality requirements. Defines the manufacturing policy within the constraints of the business strategy

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for CT/AMI Production team KPI,drive for the continuous improvement

  • Leads the production unit, related processes and staff in the execution of world class operational performance.

  • Arranges programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the manufacturing organization. Prepares manufacturing operation and investment plans.

  • Maintain commitment to environmental and quality regulations.

  • Productivity improvement for reducing cost

  • Delivers products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates. Ensures there is an optimum production process as regards routing, supplies and manpower levels.

  • Supervises, selects, develops, coaches and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient manufacturing.

  • Manages pilot production and production preparation activities.

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above 10 years experiences in production management, equipment production background is preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skill Multi sites international company experience Strong skill on direct labor management Management and coaching of Unit Leaders and Coordinators. Lean concepts Excellent English.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • 10 years experiences in production management, equipment production background is preferred

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skill

  • Multi sites international company experience

  • Strong skill on direct labor management

  • Management and coaching of Unit Leaders and Coordinators.

  • Lean concepts

  • Excellent English.

  • Ability to deal with complexity of Product, complexity of organization, complexity of director labor maturity
