As the Clinical Sales Specialist – Sleep & Respiratory, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Philips Home Healthcare Solutions assigned sleep & respiratory products to existing and new market segments over a broad geographical area with key focus areas to include: Physicians, Specialists, Sleep Labs (managers/technicians), prescribing physios, GPs (as required) & Key Opinion Leader’s to grow the Sleep & Respiratory therapy business.
You will also work closely with Account Managers to ensure the Sleep and Respiratory portfolio is fully serviced from a training and support perspective to provide specialist knowledge to drive adoption. Additionally liaising with Product management to devise and implement strategies to grow the business, market share and brand recommendation, referral and awareness.
You will represent and promote diverse range of sleep & respiratory care product and will be responsible for customer product demonstration and information sessions, training, input into tender submissions & support, clinical & product support, sales negotiations, business development and all other relevant activities to grow the business.
Your success will depend on the formation of a strong working relationship with the Account Managers, product management Sleep and Respiratory and the key stakeholder across the full patient sleep & respiratory pathway [Specialists, Physicians, GPs and sleep lab managers/ technicians/prescribing physicians, government departments and local industry bodies] to grow the business in a competitive market.
We are looking for :
2 years + Sales Process, Account Management, Consultative Selling
Highly desirable knowledge of Clinical or paramedical background in Respiratory/Sleep Medicine/ Ventilation
Knowledge of medical devices and hospital purchasing
Flexible to travel as this role covers - NSW/SA/NT/NZ
In order to be successful in this role, high level of communication skills, relationship management and presentation skills is required.
