Your Challenge

Provide support and manage all aspects of Point of Care Ultrasound Products, including New Product releases.

Your Responsibilities

  • Formulate and drive local product marketing plan with alignment to global Point of Care Ultrasound messaging.

  • Co-ordinate new products launches

  • Work closely with Philips Local Distribution Partner, providing support as required

  • Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders and Luminary Centers with support of Local Business Team

  • Provide Sales support for potential opportunities including providing product and clinical presentations

  • Work with IT and Regional/Global support teams to create e-commerce/subscription models required for new go to market approach.

  • Provide support to the Local Business Team on Product Configurations, NPIs and Competitive Intelligence

  • Perform Win-loss Analysis and updated market intelligence

  • Take ownership on Customer Feedback Solutions to focus on good customer relations and brand image

  • Responsible for qualifying sales leads/opportunities via inbound and outbound telephone calls and digital communication.

  • Participate and advise in the development and implementation of Direct Marketing campaigns in various market segments in partnership with Business/Marketing colleagues.

  • Identify new and emerging market opportunities and develop campaign strategies and priorities with appropriate Business/Marketing colleagues.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responses to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare (PH)

  • Ensure regular updates to stakeholders with customer facing role (e.g. District Managers, Account Managers) on product & market developments reach their mark

We Are Looking For

  • Degree qualified in marketing or majoring in marketing

  • 5+ years marketing experience working for global Pharmaceutical or Medical Device company

  • Extensive experience in working within the Point of Care Diagnostic space

  • Knowledge of the Ultrasound space would be highly advantageous

  • Experience in a fast paced, highly transactional medical sales environment

  • Knowledgeable of the sales process and requirements of sales teams – ideally some experience in sales.

  • Ability to network and collaborate across a complex matrix organisation, build strong relationships and operate in a team.

  • Creative and innovative thinker who is action orientated and results focused and leads by example.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentations skills
