Your Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer focused Operations Planning Coordinator to join our busy and motivated team, based at our head office in North Ryde. This role reports directly to the Operations Planning Lead and is responsible for the Planning of all scheduled work such as preventative maintenance and recalls as per contractual and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, this role is highly visible in the organisation and works closely with District teams to ensure that all the activity affecting Field Service Engineering availability such as installations, leave, training, meetings are accurately reflected in planning system (Click) and the impact on already scheduled work is managed

Your Role:

This role sits in the heart of our Philips operations business and works closely with number of different divisions internally as well as our external customer across various hospitals and clinics. Each day is not the same in this role and will provide you with new challenges, opportunities and exposure to exciting projects. In addition, this role will also provide you with the opportunity to manage your own territory of engineers and customers and work autonomously to achieve your objectives.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Working closely with District teams to ensure that Preventative Maintenance contractual obligations are met and all installation activity required FSE resource is accurately reflected on Click.

  • Managing recall activity by ensuring all jobs are dispatched to FSE's in a timely manner and ensure that service kits are arranged by Logistics.

  • Ensuring engineering availability in Click is accurate, enabling customer care center to promptly identify an available engineer to attend customer site.

  • Resolving availability issues by prioritising and identifying other activities to be rescheduled.

  • To be central point of contact for engineers requiring support.

We're looking for:

  • Vocational level education or equivalent

  • Experience in and planning and coordinating role with a strong background in customer service.

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written

  • Strong computer literacy in MS Excel / Word

  • The ability to take ownership of problems from start to finish.

  • A self-motivated individual who is able to work without supervision

  • A team player willing to support colleagues where required

  • The ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and manage multiple priorities
