Your Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a Product Specialist to join the team, with the flexibility to be based out of our Sydney or Melbourne Office. You will play an instrumental role in championing the sales growth of the Oxygen, Cough and Non Invasive Product Portfolios within our Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) Business. You will develop strategies to maximise sales and drive business growth together with the sales teams across all ANZ go to market channels (Hospital, Homecare, Charity, Sleep Centers and Pharmacy).

This is an exciting, end-to-end role, which will allow you to apply your strong strategic products and services mindset, commercial thinking, stakeholder management, problem solving ability and interpersonal skills, underpinned with sound clinical practice, in order to equip and support our go to market teams in pursuit of business growth.

Reporting to the Business Manager for SRC, you will work with a team of passionate and enthusiastic people, committed to providing the very best service to customers.

About You

  • Clinical qualification in Nursing or similar, with solid clinical background

  • 4 + years within Sales / Business Development and / or Marketing within the Healthcare sector (medical, devices, diagnostics or pharmaceuticals)

  • Extensive high acuity clinical channel experience

  • Knowledge of the Respiratory clinical area would be an advantage

  • Strategic / Marketing skillsets would be an advantage, as would Product Category Management

  • Consistent high performance at or above expectations

  • Ability to network and collaborate across a complex matrix organisation, build strong relationships and operate in a team.
