Your key focus is to generate demand and sales from dental professionals for Philips branded oral healthcare products, including Zoom (In Chair and Take Home Whitening) and Sonicare (Power toothbrushes), to enable the achievement of sales and profit targets. Your territory covers NSW South region.
You will be responsible for:
You will manage and grow existing accounts as well as identify and pitch for key opportunities in new accounts
Coordinate and participate in dental trade shows
Deliver timely reports and communication to the management team as set
You will work in collaboration with the internal sales and marketing team
This is a field-based role and day-to-day you will meet with Dentists and clinical staff to present new and existing products, conduct presentations and education sessions and ultimately, build strong, long-term and profitable relationships with customers.
You will also be responsible for key opinion leader management in the dental field
We are looking for
A successful and proven track record within Dental sales and/or account management in related field
Willingness to jump into to a highly competitive territory with an industry leading product
CRM system usage familiarity and ability to achieve customer call rate targets
Outstanding relationship building and communication skills
You thrive in a fast paced and highly competitive market
You are a sales champion and demonstrate passion for the products that you promote
Polished negotiation and presentation skills and a demonstrated solutions-focused approach to sales and account management
A renowned commitment to your client base and key stakeholders, both internal and external
High levels of motivation, energy and a drive to achieve results
Degree qualification preferred
