• Wide knowledge in ERP application, business model/processes as well as good IT projects management skills. Proven experience in implementation of various ERP modules, application system migration and IT project delivery.

• Document and analyze business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, create and design functional specifications, gather and translate functional requirements into technical design documents, evaluate the system functionality and propose system enhancements to achieve optimum system performance and to streamline processes.

• Drive user acceptance testing independently to ensure design and development quality; Ensure system issues are addressed and resolved on time and efficiently, Prepare user training documentation, and evaluate training effort and implementation as appropriate.

• Perform as liaison between business users, functional teams and IT teams on project delivery or business engagement, be responsible for the communication and coordination with all associated parties; Design specifications based on change requirement, co-work with IT consultants to develop, configure and implement the solution to meet business needs.
