Translates the product roadmap into concrete product specifications for a small product range with known functionality and existing technologies.

Defines proposals for the short term marketing strategy for his portfolio. Implements the short term business plans, goals and product roadmap.

Acts within defined marketing plan. Cooperates with Product Managers, who are responsible for a product portfolio, MarCom and MIP.

Uses external specialization, such as MarCom and marketing research.

You are responsible for

  • Product portfolio strategy and development

  • New product launch, including pre-launch discuss with BG and launch marketing plan

  • Translates the product roadmap into concrete product specifications for a small product range with known functionality and existing technologies.

  • Defines proposals for the short-term marketing strategy for product portfolio. Implements the short-term business plans, goals and product roadmap.

  • Set pricing, promotional and marketing strategies

  • Accountable for business P&L and annual marketing budget

  • Market & consumer understanding (insights and behavior)

  • Financial process, and business forecast, especially for new product part and opportunity

  • Product quality issues and product tests, including Philips and direct competitors

  • Marketing communication and ATL/BTL duties

  • Capture a larger market share while being able to manage a large product portfolio

You are a part of

A dedicated Marketing Team working on Skincare business, an important part of the Beauty portfolio. Philips is a leading brand in this category with a healthy and growing business, and with ambitious future growth plans. You will report into to the Senior Marketing Manager and will be working in a network of various stakeholders based in both Taiwan (e.g. consumer marketing management, R&D, design) and other countries (e.g., marketing specialists, key account managers).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum 7 years solid marketing experience in FMCG, 3C & Hyper customers, B2C experience is a must, ideally from beauty industry

  • Product marketing experience with P&L management is a must

  • Multi-national company experience is a plus with experience in managing complex product portfolio

  • Strong team player and result oriented

  • Strong negotiation skills and capable to negotiate and meet company targets

  • Strong in numbers and strong interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Willing to take challenges and consistently achieving company goal
