Philips Marketing Manager in Taipei, Taiwan

Job responsibilities:

  • Product portfolio strategy and development

  • New product launch, including pre-launch discuss with BG and launching marketing plan.

  • Market & consumer understanding (insight and behavior)

  • Financial process, and business forecast, especially for new product part and opportunity

  • Product quality issues

  • Product tests, including Philips & competitors

  • Marketing communication and ATL budget control/ Marcom coach Product training, including internal and external

  • People interface.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years working experience in FMCG, 3C & Hyper customers, B2C experience is a must

  • Product marketing experience with P&L management is a must

  • Multi-national company experience is a plus

  • Strong negotiation skills and capable to negotiate and meet company targets

  • Strong in numbers and strong interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Willing to take challenges and consistently achieving company goal
