Philips Senior Imaging Solution Manager in Taiwan - Home Based, Taiwan

Develops, maintains and improves the relations with key accounts in an assigned market segment or for a specific new product/market combination on national level.

Develops, maintains and improves the relations with important end users and their advisers. Initializes and coordinates all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.

Translates the business plan of the sales group into a strategic 2-3 year plan in which targets, strategy and actions are set to meet the short- and long term goals.

Creates and implements action programs for and with the key accounts to improve the performance of Philips. Drive the performance of the functions in the account team to get it done.

Senior Imaging Solution Manager (Taipei Based)

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Join the highly successful imaging system solution sales team and lead a small team while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Imaging Solutions Taiwan.

You are responsible for

  • Strategic planning and strengthens Philips Imaging Solutions business

  • Developing, maintaining and improving the relations with key accounts, end users and advisors in an assigned market segment within Taipei territory

  • Archiving yearly AOP target and translating business plan into a strategic 2-3 year plan which is executable to meet the short and long term goals

  • Generating new business ideas through independent scouting of internally thus adding to the pipeline of unqualified business opportunities

  • Increasing market share of Philips Imaging System in Taipei

  • Drive the performance of the account team to maximize sales

  • Extending the scope from purely Imaging System modality sales to integrated solution sales

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies

  • Sales forecast at the assigned accounts

You are a part of

Integrated Solutions team and report to the Integrated Solutions Team Head.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or above in any discipline

  • Minimum 8 years or above sales management experience and preferably in healthcare industry or healthcare IT related experience

  • Experience in imaging solution sales is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skill

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Ability to read, understand, and implement a design from specifications.

  • Altium CAD, LTSpice (preferred)
