  • Accountable for US/PCMS service growth initiatives and leading service sales activities in the segment

  • Maximize US/PCMS service sales growth through promoting/selling service products and supporting CSAMs

  • Develop most appropriate service product offerings working with Equip./CS sales and FSEs to retain and acquire customers

  • Involved in quoting and discount approval process to maximize sales productivity and price realization

  • Build and deploy distributor strategy; identify and build strong relationship with key partners to accelerate indirect service sales through effective funnel management and trainings, incentive scheme

  • Engage in service sales management: opportunity identification, funnel management, forecasting and performance monitoring, working closely with CSAMs/DMs/DOMs

  • Working closely with Commercial marketing/sales team to accelerate POS and lifecycle offerings

  • Seek and identify customer needs to develop sales strategy and new service programs

  • Create sales/marketing materials to promote service products efficiently
